We are delighted to have you as a valued client and strive to make the process as easy as possible:

1. Schedule a Consultation. 
Visit our Request Service page and complete the form.  We’ll give you a call to learn more about your pet care needs and schedule a consultation. Have questions? Call us at 919.720.4156 or email us.

2. Complete Portal and Other Information.  
We use a robust pet sitting software that allows our clients to maintain and update their personal and pet care information as well as schedule, modify and cancel service. We’ll send you a welcome email to get started!

3. Documents and Keys.
We’ll need copies vaccination records showing rabies, parvo and distemper for dogs and rabies and feline distemper for cats are current. Also, two keys to the entrance you wish us to use.

4. Consultation. 
The consultation will take about 30-60 minutes and includes a complimentary new key lockbox Each new client consultation includes a realtor style lockbox which clients will keep two tested keys to the entrance we are to use. Just leave it in the pre-designated area before each trip.

This system has many advantages over us keeping your keys on file:

• Clients are in control of their keys as they maintain them instead of us. Just put the lockbox with keys in the designated area prior to each service.

• If another sitter from our company needs to fill in for your primary on short notice, we can provide care faster since the keys are at your home in the lockbox. No need to arrange key pick up from the office!

• If there is severe inclement weather and your neighbor needs to care for your pets, they can quickly access your home. No more leaving keys around the neighborhood! .

Your pet care specialist will meet you and your pets, review house and pet care information, see where you keep things, test keys and home alarm if used and collect your pet’s vaccination records and payment for initial service.

5. We Visit! 
We’ll visit as scheduled, showering your pets with love and care, following your custom pet care plan. Before we leave, we’ll send a real time visit note and pictures of your pets!
